Joey van de Zand, also known as Reaperz is the latest addition to the Spoontech family. To welcome him in the best way possible, he was part of the first live SpoonCast, where he was the surprise act of the night. After playing for online for around one hundred people it was time to raise the bar higher. During the Spoontech Records hosting at the last edition of Q-BASE he had the chance to meet the whole Spoontech family. For the first time, he could join on an insane stage to play a new track of his in front of a big crowd.
That Reaperz wasn’t the expected addition, was no secret. After sending his demo’s to Spoontech Records, the vibe between Spoontech and Reaperz was immediately there. He kicked off his career at Spoontech Records with two very well received tracks. Releasing his first EP containing solid tracks named “Filthy World” and “Killerbee” surprised the dedicated fanbase of Spoontech. Hard hitting kicks and violent sounds infiltrated the ears of people within no-time. As he is a studio beast, we can expect new music from him really soon. After this first release, Reaperz scheduled another release called “Face It“, which perfectly shows what Reaperz is all about!
